Shock Tune & Shakedown for the Cop Cruiser
We give the "Cop Cruiser" a proper shakedown and shock tune by the man himself Keith with KDM Shock Technologies. The day was going great until the desert decided to remind us why we must continue to build these trucks as tough as possible.

@@phatboi6782 it lacks that wow factor of the first two gymkhanas, they got me on the 165mph jump and the bridge jump. i guess i like simple things, but thats just my opinion tho

@@phatboi6782 it would've been cool if there were no practice runs. straight up first try. those tires marks made it less impressive knowing that they have tried it multiple times already.

@@lancereyesromero7811 shoot it’s still impressive to me who knows If I’ll get to do that one day
I love when the engine is playing it's solo!
20 inches front and rear, that's gotta be the most travel for a stock frame front end. That's crazy I thought 18 inches was a lot but that extra 2 inches is dope af everyone always wishes for an xtra couple inches
I think it's cool that you took the crew out to experience what like to ride in one those trucks. I feel like it would be an experience of a lifetime . 👍
Kibbetech is KILLING IT 🇺🇲🇺🇸🇺🇲🇺🇸🇺🇲🕺
Awesome footage!!! Keep it up Kibbetech!!!
My favorite build, besides playa modelo.

@@Kibbetech that's hauling the mail even for traditional 4 link trucks. Props! Amazing work as always
man, I know I'm probably in the minority here but I would enjoy an in-depth video of you, one of your guys, making a part from start-to-finish. an exhaust assembly, a fuel cell cradle, shock tower, etc.

That would be very cool but very time consuming and our goal with this channel isn’t to make how-to videos.
If that truck could talk!
Wicked!!!!
Nice
Awesome video! Been working on my F250 build and seeing that rear suspension working has me super jealous. Know anyone that makes a trailing arm setup for the F250 platform? Still on leafs currently

We make universal short course link kits.
I’ve been binge watching your videos lately and just watched a video from 3 years ago that looked like you were delivering the Cop cruiser to a new owner. Do you get a lot of trucks back? If so where do you list them for sale? Would love to have a truck you guys built at some point.
Truck turned out phenomenal and right out of the box, real impressive. Did that hit bend the lower skid plate brackets?

Ummmmm that front skid plate looks like a design flaw..... 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️✌🏻

You want the skid plate to absorb the impact and not transfer that impact to other areas of the chassis. Also with the skid plate being bolt on it is a quick fix. Also just don't jump into the 2 track lol

@@Kibbetech question is make the new one stronger !? ;-)
Would a stainless steel skid plate be worth the extra weight, or would that have folded in, too?
@Kibbetech
Жыл бұрын
you want the skid to absorb impacts. Skid plates are cheap in comparison to fixing a chassis
@JayRussellDuramax

@@Kibbetech Oh, ok. Cool! I wasn't thinking about it that way. Would a tougher material absorb enough impact to still meet that need without crumpling enough to hurt the parts behind it? It's all a challenge in optimization, I'm sure.
