I'm Portuguese and I agree with him, Portugal were sloppy. Portugal should have scored 5 or 6 with how bad Turkey's defense played today but they couldn't connect on simple passes in dangerous areas and gave away possession far too easily. There was no urgency, hopefully that just means they're saving their legs for the knockout rounds.

Germans hate Turks and always prevent them from succeeding. For example, in the Fenerbahçe - Olympiakos match, the German referee should have shown a red card to an Olympiakos player, but did not. If he had shown, Fenerbahçe would most likely have reached the semi-finals of the Conference league. The Germans do this all the time, but for some reason the Turkish Football Federation does not react to it.
