Even your terminology (and pronounciation thereof) is really impressive. If you go to ebay and type in Sho Kosugi Ninja-to there should be a few different options. Sho Kosugi is actually putting out another Ninja-to soon

The shinobi warrior never used straight swords. They preferred a long sword that had about six inches broken off, so that its scabbard appeared to be for a long sword. This would speed up the unsheathing and provide a place for secret messages or blinding powder.
