Also, in the Japanese version, he is voiced by Ryunosuke Kamiki, who also voiced Taki in Your Name. and played Koichi Shikishima in Godzilla Minus One.

I remember the promotions for this movie, its so cool that Bridgit Mendler (actress who played as teddy from good luck Charlie, and the vampire girlfriend from wizards of weaverly place), and David Henrie (actor who played as Justin from wizards of weaverly place) where both in this movie! Well regardless of actors, I thought the borrowers idea (it didn't start from Ghibli from what I found out), was really neat, and reminded me of the fairies from the pixie hollow series (except borrowers aren't fairies). I think I remember seeing this when I was 10 in the theaters Edit: corrected the spelling for Ghibli

I believe Disney took over the dubbing for this movie entirely for the US (and also Ponyo, which had Noah Cyrus and Frankie Jonas in it). I got a box set of every Ghibli movie in both Japanese and English up to Earwig EXCEPT Arietty and Ponyo didn't come with the English dubs because Disney refused to let the publisher of the box set include them. Really frustrating for me since not every Ghibli movie is child friendly but Arietty and Ponyo definitely are, so I want the English versions for my future kids. Guess I'll check if I can get the English DVDs from GKids now.

@@purelysmetalnightcore yeah, I can definitely see why having the movies published in English through Disney was a bad decision on Ghibli's side (I like English dubs. Its just that Disney is not a great company).
