Shnootz - Reaction Video (Laura Branigan - No Promise, No Guarantee + Reverse Psychology)

What's up, people! I'm back with another Laura Branigan reaction as we move toward the end of her 1990 self-titled album, and this time we do a special 2-for-1 reaction for benefactor of this journey and friend of the channel Scott, listening to both "No Promise, No Guarantee" and "Reverse Psychology." So join me for a Laura double-reaction. Cheers!
Also I run a Patreon featuring extra content of different types, so anyone interested in supporting what we do here on KZread and getting early-access to video-watchalongs and reactions blocked on KZread, as well as behind-the-scenes videos, video-reactions, and blooper-reels from my videos, can go here: / shnootz

Thank you, Matt, for this double-reaction! "Reverse Psychology" is my favorite tune on this album, so I am glad you enjoyed it. I love the clever lyrics and the great dance melody. It's definitely one I jam out to in the car when it plays! LOL I'm looking forward to "The Best Was Yet to Come." It's a haunting tune, and I just discovered at this very moment that it was written by Bryan Adams, so it's another Laura Branigan cover. I'm usually pretty good about reading the credits on an album or movie that I enjoy, but the only writing credit given on this song was "Adams, Vallance." I never knew until today that was Bryan Adams! Wow! After 34 years, I'm still learning new things about these songs I've listened to all my adult life. Thank you, Matt, for allowing me to revisit some of my favorite songs! UPDATE: Upon further research, I just found out the song is darker than I ever imagined. Do you want to know more now, Matt, or just wait for the comments when you do the reaction for "The Best Was Yet to Come"?

Oooh, intriguing! I suppose I’ll wait and see what I can pick up on a first listen, now with the framing that it’s on the darker side. Thanks as always, Scott. 😎
