Technically, in a sense he and the other Remnants are since Sephiroth created them from JENOVA`s memetic memories of himself ,Cloud and the Negative Lifestream.

@Kor Na Xon Well,Yazoo is the most soft-spoken Remnant,after all. In fact,the only time he raises his voice at all is when his "MOTHER" is insulted.
