I love how Shizuka and Akira both support one another. Shizuka keeps Akira in check and encouraged him to tell his abusive boss off, while Akira's "Live with no regrets" -attitude has helped Shizuka to open up and break free from her strict mindset. They're such a great couple in the making!

Shizuka watched 100 zombie movies. No doubt she watched all of George A. Romero's movies of the Living Dead, the Zombi movies, Resident Evil, Warm Bodies, White Zombie, Zeder, and Shaun of the Living Dead.

I dont know what it is, but for some reason English dubbed just doesnt catch the characters like the JP dub. Its probably because im so used to watching anime subbed. Im sure ppl who started out watching English dubbed have no issues.

Highschool of the Dead had much more fanservice and less comedy than Zom 100 they are definetly not the same aside from having Zombies.
