I unfortunately knew one hipster piece of shit and this is him to a fucking T, right down to bragging about having been in Occupy, despite being an Ivy League graduate. He also played the fucking ukulele and has a patronizing view of pretty much everyone else. God, he made me sick to my stomach. I've never felt so much animosity towards another human being and I hate feeling that way. That's just what these "people" do.

Hilarious-- but one correction. the phrase "pretentious hipster" is redundant. ALL hipsters are pretentious.

It's not a bad thing to write a collection of short stories or ask people to proofread their novel. I have met a hipster who said they only respect people who travel internationally.

Yeah, I think creative people and hipsters get mixed up, because the hipsters are UNcreative people trying to LOOK like creative people. That's where the whole jeans and flannel shirt comes in... It's how artists dress when they're painting, so they don't fuck up their nicer clothes.

But...but I love Sigur Ros. ( ) is such a beautiful album to listen to while driving in the snow.
