I'd say Ronnie was, followed by Shirley, maybe Stacey in 3rd...the thing with Kat is she has a front of being fiesty but underneath is actually very vulnerable and weak willed (mostly due to her past)

Amazingly, Ben gets his head stuffed into a full bath (whilst wearing his glasses) by Shirley, and they stay on! They must be permanently glued to his head! I wear glasses, and they wouldn't withstand that!😃😃

They kind of did have their battles years back in 2007 over Kevin and Dean (Deano at time) and Carly. Shirley arrived as Kevin's ex but was seeing Denise at time and about to marry her and Shirley tried to sabotage that... Shirley a different character now but yeah... Shirley's first year was a lot like Pat Evans/Butchers first year in 86
