If your using the most recent update then the autopilot is in. you set the route and then you can turn it on from one of the devices on the dash of the boat. just look at the power button and it should give you an option to turn it on.

Copy that. Yeah this was before the update. Excited to see where the game leads. Long way before it gets real enjoyable yet.
