    Very enjoyable watch Des, quite fancy a trip there but reading their rules note braid is only allowed in matches and not for pleasure fishing, any idea why?

    Great video again Des . I fish a lake that is only 4.5 ft deep and throwing a big feeder on top of them puts them off any tips on how to cast out to them without spooking them . 👍

    Would that fixed feeder be classed as a death rig for a carp if you crack of ?

    Great Video, just looking at the fishery rules they state that braid isn’t allowed for fishing, just for spodding baits.

    Hi Des Why do you strike on an elasticated method feeder? Is that to do with the distance or is there another reason? Cheers Mark

    Hi Wayne, Yes snap link attached to the mainline in a loop and then that's just attached directly to the feeder.

    good day, what rod do you recommend for casting over 100 meters and beyond? When fishing with the method and throwing 60-70 grams of bait

    So if i dont do any prefeeding, should i just put large banjo and wait for a bait?

  • @Sonubaits

    @Sonubaits

    Hi Jan, Yes regular casting early in the session to ensure you are getting plenty of bait into the swim. The large Banjo ejects the bait quicker so will have a similar effect of building your swim up effectively.
