Great video, just one question; Since the airstrike cd formula uses the takeoff time of the plane and number of aircraft, where does the reload stat of the Carrier come in? Does it come in at all?

The takeoff time you see on each aircraft already factors in the reload stats.

I´m doing an USS team with the 3 Yorktown sisters, Benson (buffs aircraft), but idk what to use for my other two vanguards. So far I´m using Portland and Indianapolis, but idk if there are better options.

Why is there a team comp of witchita, Helena and Cleveland? What do they do and do they pair well with illustrious, Enterprise and hood?

All they do is bang bang bang, they are great against shield comps but not evasion comps, and illus hood and E has 0 synergy together. if you want more dps drop illus and get more dps, if u want to keep your frontline alive longer add unicorn shouhou vestal along with illus. Atm the best synergy available are HMS with queen E.

So nice videos like always and you change your icon haha.So you will cover zombie fleet next? A fleet that is better for low cost and later chapters they say in Facebook group..

I think he covered it in his how to level ships video. Since u are going to be leveling ships most of the time, setup a 1:1 comp then add cassin and downes. Usually end up with 16-20 oil depending on ur main damage ships. U can level 2 different cassin and downes since they have retrofits later, so 1 with and 1 without for the late game.

I forgot to ask More weight of bomb is better right? Bcuz I've t4 fighter with 500lb bomb n my default fighter has 2000lb bomb, rest of stats are more of same.

Basically, yes. But 500lb bomb's damage is decent and isnt that far off from the others higher weighed bombs. Only the 100lb bomb damage very little. So you might want to pick quantity over quality. ( What i mean for example, this plane has two 500lb bombs and the other is a single 2000lb bomb. You would want the two 500lb bombs instead of the single 2000lb bomb.). I encourage you to look at their damage in azur lane wiki,l. Its under equipment, planes.

Love your content, honkai3c. Say, my Enterprise has 25 sec CD ( i cant go any further) , according to the calc. But, the calc doesnt include my reload stats (99 atm, not fully enhanced). So, its there any chance i can still sync to helena skill timings?

the RoF in game is inclusive of your reload stat. when u max her she'll probably be higher than 23s cd so like he said, u might want to settle for less powerful but faster planes. anything that ends up with 22s or less will work.

How to check air strike cooldown?

This is super useful, just what I was looking for! Subbed. Will you consider doing a mini guide for newbies to PVP in Azur Lane? There's zero online guides for that right now, so there's probably a demand. Plus it's likely to get more hits once the anime starts showing in Japan.

the thing is, pvp meta changes very frequently when newer ships are released. When everything is fully geared, the attacker will win 99% of the time because the attacker actually do more damage and take less damage, so its not really a fair fight at all.

so helena's radar cd start after the radar end or right after proc?

Question: is ediburgh good to use even if shes the only one that uses ap gun in your fleet? Edit: im using hms with illus, q.e, hood in backline and javelin, belfast, laffey in frontline so i wanted someone that can subs out laffey

Javelin and Belfast already provide a lot of tankiness with evasion, having a Helena or Cleveland is better to boost your overall damage. And swap illus with warspite, ur fleet is really low on damage.

I'm still very confused on where it says how many aircraft you're launching. On the limit break panel for my Akagi for example, it says "All aircraft +1," for tier 3 while at tier 2 it says, "Hangar capacity +1/All fighters +1." How many planes do you start off with before limit breaking? What's the difference between hangar capacity and +1 on specific aircraft?

each slot=1 plane. Akagi starts with 1 fighter 1 bomber 1 torp, LB1 adds 1 torp, LB2 adds 1 fighter, LB3 adds all planes +1. So at max LB you get 3 fighter 2 bomber 3 torp. Currently the max amount of planes each airstrike is at 8.

Been thinking of synergy and haf this idea for a "defensive fleet" in PvP. If anything it's something a little different. Vanguard: Phoenix Eldridge Benson Main Fleet: Shouhou Kai Enterprise Illustrious The Vanguard is to act as a sorta evasion survival team that can also buff the carriers who are the main damage dealers. Shohou Kai will launch first and proc her ability to buff carriers and heal the front line and that's when Enterprise will launch. Lusty will go last providing defense ability and possibly proc Eldridge's ability. Phoenix is there to provide a bit more firepower and to stay alive for the carriers to keep launching.

Wait so the 10% additional firepower part of Leipzig stacks with other firepower buff abilities making the overall buff 25%?

if its global server, all the best teammates for ayanami is not released yet. For other server, Nagato, Jintsuu, sendai, aurora kagero are all great.

meta changes everytime some powerful ships are introduced, nobody runs HMS on other server because of better teams being available. Because of the attacker advantage, as long as you have equal gear you should always win.
