The No.101-class landing ships (第百一号型輸送艦,, Dai 101 Gō-gata Yusōkan) were a class of amphibious assault ships of the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) and Imperial Japanese Army (IJA), serving during and after World War II. The No.101 class ships were powered by diesel engines, while the similar No.103-class landing ships (第百三号型輸送艦,, Dai 103 Gō-gata Yusōkan) were powered by a steam turbine engine. The IJN called them 2nd class transporter (二等輸送艦,, 2-Tō Yusōkan). The No.103 class included the IJA's SB craft (SB艇,, SB-tei) variant. This article handles them collectively.

小粒ながらいいキットですよ、これは……。 もしもう少し大きい二等輸送船を作りたいなら、ピットロードの1/350が出ています。 作りましたけど、こっちも出来いいですよ。 なお、こっちはフルハルですね。 しかし、1/350だけど1/700の重巡洋艦程度の大きさしかないんですねぇ……。
GOOD！ このプラモ作品、私も、作成しました。負けました。登録して参考にします！（笑）
しかし、箱絵通りだ…!!わたしの場合、製作途中でマストを割ってしまうのを、たまにやってしまうから、困ったもんです。まぁ、いつかは私も空担当として、『震電～帝都防衛1946～』を、ハセガワの昔のパッケージみたいに作りたいです。

They give you Chi-Ha tanks in 1\700? I didn't knew Tamiya had this. I was using the their LVT vehicles as Japanese tanks in my wargames. The LVTs from the set that comes with Shermans. I think it's from Aoshima, not sure. But it seems like this kit only gives you two Chi-Has. It would be awesome if they had some spares ones as well. For wargaming.

I'd love to see you do something like take a kit and turn the model into a more rugged, battle damaged appearance-

You should do a 1/350 model sometime I think you would enjoy it Do NOT do a 1/350 Yamato because you've already built enough yamatos😂 Maybe a 1/350 Hms Hood or Prince of Wales or Nelson

Nice work…..one tiny remark….you forgot to make tracks in the sand from the tank..now the tank is floating over the beach….

Well, that is one point, but I think, that the sand is way too rough, looks more like stones which make it difficult to leave clearly visible tracks ... you can use dry clay and sand it - makes a wonderful sand for that scale and it leaves exact visible traces
