As play continues, what determines who plays first in each round?

How does betting work for this game? If there’s a tie and then tie breaker, do the re rolled cargo replace the original cargo score for that player for that round? Is the player order set round to round based on the initial rolling from the beginning?

If you’re playing for points over many rounds there is no need to tie break per round, just add to your score. If each game is a one round game and there is a tie for cargo, roll off as described and the highest roll wins, if still a tie repeat until a high roll emerges. Betting is an ante before starting, but it’s possible to have infinite side betting rules, just make sure to establish them clearly before playing.
