you would be more successful in canada or austriallia assuming you have the qualificattions to get hired, the japanese are some of the most racists folks and since you are on thier territory they will only give you 'tatemae' and you will unlikely witness thier 'honmae' with regards to how they really think about you, just saying since ive lived and worked there for many years
