In 2004, when their contract with SM expired, SM only offered few members to stay, but all Shinhwa members chose to be together until one of them dies some day (they still talk about it...so touching), and since they have to pay SM to use their group name "Shinhwa" and this year 2015, they finally got their name back from SM!!! Congrats Shinhwa! I am glad I was your fan since I was a little girl 1998!

SM does not have anything to do with the name "Shinhwa" since 2005 lol SM gave the rights to a company called Jun Media, this was the one causing trouble for Shinhwa all these years :)

I think SM offer contract to everyone except Dongwan. I'm really glad and happy that they choose to not renew their contract

SM and Shinhwa doesn't have a conflict. SM wants the five members and that they won't re-sign Dongwan. When Eric knew about this they talk and decided not to re-new since they want to stay together. About the name "Shinhwa" they filed a case about it that they should use the name Shinhwa and they've won the case that's why until now they used the name "Shinhwa". They don't have any conflict to Lee Seo Man sajangnim. Kangta once said that he is jealous of Shinhwa's brotherhood cause they stick together and didn't disband. Long live Shinhwa~ ❤️

Ehm lee Soo man is called seonsaengnim by his artist not sajangnim. Park jin young called PD-nim by his artist and yang Hyun suk the former CEO of YG called sajangnim. So every company called their CEO is different
