The boss music of this game is seriously the greatest battle music ever. I get so dang pumped up when I hear those tubular bells.

Bought a 3DS in 2013 (2014 ?) when this was announced. Best purchase I ever made. Now come, Samurai. Put on a good show!

This is probably the most brilliant minotaur design I've ever seen.

I miss the dialogue exchanges that you had in the older mainline titles. Wish they'd bring that back. Creating a narrative back and forth with your opponent made the boss fights so much more epic.

This is honestly one of the coolest monster designs I've ever seen period.

This game is so great. I started with Nocturne, then SJ, and eventually tried out SMT 1. IV definitely seems to bring the best of all three games. This is the first RPG to really hook me in in quite a while

In my opinion it may lack on the gameplay when it starts becoming too easy, but still, pretty good game. I'd say my favorite in the franchise tbh

I know this sounds crazy but this fight doesn't feel right if Walter isn't casting Agi.

Hardest Track on the 3DS bar none.

i would say Medusa is a bit harder, but at the same time when you fight her, you pretty much already have learned about equipment and weaknesses, also saving Timothy mission reward gives you a null Bind ring, which is a pretty big help. And if you are doing a Dx build, hope you have media and buff skills, cuz u wont be able to do much in that fight lol.

Love this fight. It's like 50 times more intense than any fight before it and that music jams. Also it's the first time I noticed piss poor game design when it gives me Walter who immediately starts unloading Agi on him and he just blocks him. Like seriously bro fuck outta here I got it

Fucking A man. This was my first SMT game I've ever played (minus the spin-offs on 3DS) and I legit got my ass kicked so hard by this boss I thought he was unbeatable. Then I looked it up and saw you actually had to beat it. Medusa wasn't any damn fun either, damn it! It was a very fun game, though.

Have you tried fusing any demons with Bufu skills? He's weak to ice and you'll get extra turns for exploiting said weakness. Grinding is fine and all, but if you try to brute force your way through grinding only, it won't end well.
