These are gorgeous, buying craft supplies can become really expensive will this method come are the same with acrylic paint as well.

Acrylic paints would work as well! Acrylic paints are just thinner.
I'd the pop of color the same as acrylic paint?

It’s a little thicker and drys more of a chalk finish. If you don’t have it, you can use acrylic
