For the line roller, u hv to place a metal shim between the 2 bearings. The 2 bearings must not come in contact with each other when they are rotating.

sorry in the line roller 1 is bearing( 4x3x4) and one is shim (4X3X2)? I didn't found the bering 4x3x2

An other question please, did you use some plastic/teflon washer with the wormshaft back and front bearings ? I saw some other videos use plastic washer .. If yes, how many wahsers per bearing and what is their thickness ?? Thanks a lot for your time

I have used plastic washer for warmshaft, so thickness is 0.5

Unfortunatly i added the 2 bearings for the Roller just like you Said but it is too dangerous as the roller doesn’t spin as well as before, Tudor the roller 2 bearings next to each other’s is not a very good solution.

the wormshaft front and back it's 3×6×2.5, for the Oscillation will be 2×5×2.5, for the knob will be 4×9×4, 5×9×3and lastly the line roller 4×8×3 and 4×8×2 hopefully this helps.Inner Diameter×Outer Diameter×Thickness.

@@gulamgh did you manage to find the 4x8x2 bearing for line roller bearing ? It's impossible to find for me !! I looked for an 4x8x5 to replace the 2 bearings with one but unvailable neither .. only found 4x8x3 .. Line roller upgrade is the most important I guess

Hi when you change this plastic bushing to bearings your reel will have less friction making the reel smooth. It's an upgrade for better performance Of the reel.

Yes correct cause the other side of the knob the innner diameter and thickness is slightly different following the handle end when inserting into the knob.

@@gulamgh Hi GH. I have just replaced all of the bearings except for the line roller and handle knob bearings as mine is an XSC and the handle knob is slightly different. SMR62-ZZ OSCILLATION PAWL SMR63-ZZ X 3 WORM GEAR SMR128-ZZ PINION REAR S689-ZZ X 2 CRANK S6800-ZZ PINION FRONT I hope this helps buddy.

Hi since the pandemic a lot of shops closed so you have to do a bit of research at Google to look in SG miniature bearings.Visit to the shop ask for the sizes of stainless steel bearing. Or you can go on line to purchase these bearing . Hybrid bearings are a bit more expensive but its worthy.
