Great video...Thanks. I have the Stradic ci4+ 4000 size for my 7'2" ST. Croix Legend Glass M/M spinning rod. For a 4000 size reel it's amazingly smooth and ultra light especially compared to my wife's standard Stradic 3000. The 30/3000 size is the largest size I fish with but figured since it's lighter what the heck, the larger spool size should play better with the 10lb. Fluorocarbon line I use for crankbait fishing. It does! Thanks again for your video.

Mike Miller no problem I used to use Shimano years ago but had tons of problems getting parts. I’ve been using Mitchell ever since. I liked the Shimano reels but their customer service used to be really bad. I’ve heard that’s gotten better so maybe one day I’ll try again.

I just got the 3000 with a browning maxus 6'8" med light. Fast action. I have a 12000 and 6000 thunnus. And loved them. Had to get a stratic for my light fishing.

I absolutely love this reel I paired it up with a 7ft medium fast st. Croix mojo bass rod and I am so happy with it

The bad side of having light setup is that u r lossing a strong body n muscles . Get tough n have a heavy ones n c the defference . I have both setups , when whip the sea all day long with the heavy one man even u breath tough n don't tell me how .
