@shilo the quickest way to catch ones breath is to take three slow deep breaths ( inhale through your nose exhale out your mouth) with in 45 secs you will feel better. Try it. Pass it on to your teammates.

It's a simple discipline that will help you greatly. When you are extremely exhausted, take the 3 slow deep breaths, watch how you begin to feel better within 45 secs.

Shiloh is a real intelligent football player 🏈 and I see he likes to study the game 🎮 & and he'll be prepared by knowing all the defensive plays and where he should be on the field in certain defensive calls & when the opposing teams offense are in certain kind of sets . Same with baseball. A schoolmate of mine pitched for a time with the Twins and Tigers. I asked him at a school reunion, "What's the difference between minor league and major league players?" He said, "With some exceptions of course, all have similar physical abilities. It's the mental aspects of the game that often make the difference."

@@RussCR5187 exactly.......💯 Shilo and Shedeur have been around pro athletes their entire life and the BTS footage that both of them share at times display their mindset if you pay close attention 👀 i.e. when Coach Prime and Shilo had a moment in this video where Shilo stated his mind and body weren't on the same page and Coach Prime was like nah dawg you gotta fix that. Coach Prime definitely focuses on the mental aspect hence the IBelieve slogan IYKYK. Cheers

@shilo the quickest way to catch ones breath is to take three slow deep breaths ( inhale through your nose exhale out your mouth) with in 45 secs you will feel better. Try it. Pass it on to your teammates.

It's a simple discipline that will help you greatly. When you are extremely exhausted, take the 3 slow deep breaths, watch how you begin to feel better within 45 secs.
