Personal opinion: The Coldest part of Mirukos entire dialog about Shigaraki was the subtle implications in it. Her calling Shiggy "It/this" essentially dehumanizing him and telling the viewers that Shiggy ain't human no more. Normally ppl would just notice the "I can't let [x] out..." part, but her not even considering him a human anymore, like he was some monster, was just a perfect way to tell us what Shigaraki had become.
