Edit: I realised that the multiball and Supercharger mode technique I use here only work on Xbox One. On PC it does not. The change in Xbox is only recent as it was still similar to PC when I last played it in October 2019. The Getaway: High Speed II in Pinball FX3 (Classic Arcade) is fast and furious and there is not too much to it but in this shortened tips, tricks, and strategy guide, I explain what worked for me for 1.87 billion high score!

Even though I posted a pretty good score, I wasted a few easy opportunities such as a missed 200 million jackpot, and losing the ball just before the Supercharger mission. The table also has many glitches, especially involving the Supercharger lane diverter, and delays before the ball launch, all which cost me lots of points. Luckily, none of these glitches are game breaking.
This is my second strategy guide that I've done using a less than 10 minute format so please let me know if you like it and how I can improve. Any feedback will be much appreciated!

My basic aim with any tips and strategy gameplay video I post is to help the viewer improve his skill in the game and on the specific table. I do this by identifying the safest and most efficient strategy to follow to play through the modes and to reach and beat the wizard mode. This is admittedly not always the most efficient way to achieve a high score, but once you understand the table, including which shots and modes are worth it or not, it puts you in the position where you can concentrate on what you have identified as the best approach to reaching a high score.

Thank you! I've got so many games recorded to make strategy videos. I'm just not getting to it with all the craziness happening. That is one of the many reasons why I'll make shorter form videos from now. Does your The Getaway play the same as mine does on Xbox One? Some people reported that they can't hold the left flipper up for the ball to bounce over after the Super charger. It has something to do with them not running at 60 fps, while the Xbox is locked in on that.
This table is very difficult for people like me who can’t reliably aim with the flippers. If you can’t get it into the ramps, there is very little else to shoot for to get points. I am amazed at how you seem to always get the ball where you want it. It takes me so many tries just to get the ball into the super charger ramp because it keeps hitting and bouncing off those posts.

Thanks! I've been playing this game since 2010 and since 2018 I'm only playing Williams Classic Arcade. It takes a lot playing/practice to get better and you constantly have to work on something i.e. get the sweet spot for the Super Charger, rather than just shooting the ball without a plan.

This was on Pinball FX3 on Xbox but it is also available on PC and other platforms. Pinball FX has been replaced by Pinball FX, which is now on early access on Epic game store, so I'll rather look into.
