How did you remove the old (stock) manual shift knob?

Just loosen the shift knob by turning un-clockwise, bro!

@@ThanhNguyen-jm2pj I've tried that but it won't budge. Maybe I need to apply a bit more force. Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it. I can't find info on this.

@@angushansen74 not yet but someone I know has. I don't have a replacement that'll fit the stock knob, it needs an 18mm shift knob replacement.

@@twistedpopo can you ask him how it came off and getting the leather undone as I'm going to try and take my console out tmrw.
