@@venicepalermo Unless you get regular sleep paralysis then you likely won’t get it. Even if you do, there are ways to control it so it won’t be as bad and even shift through sleep paralysis. If you don’t want to do either you could try an awake method so that you don’t fall asleep - no i haven’t shifted yet, probably because i haven’t been trying bc of school :)

@@ella.5793 SO BASICALLY, I read my script before this to memorise exactly what I wanted to happen, then I meditated and relaxed a bit, and then I decided I was gonna use the Julia method because with this subliminal, it would defo increase chances to shift. I got CRAZYYY symptoms, eyes twitching, continous flashing lights, and going numb and feeling weightless. After over 5+ more minutes of doing that, I fell asleep. And then I woke up in my DR :)

This is the closest I have ver gotten to shifting omg but I had to stop cuz my throat was extremely dry and sore but when I opened but eyes I literally saw 2 of everything and my legs where twitching and my arm was fully numb and started to like float and also I could only see like full white just like a bright light but I'm so sad that I had to stop 😕

i haven't shifted yet, but i've watched a lot of videos and tik toks which basically say that when you say your safe word with the intention of coming back you slowly wake up, its not immediate you just slowly transition out like you did in, but if you accidentally say your safeword without the intention of coming back it doesn't do anything unless you want to come back. hope this helps
