Consider that this is just the beginning of development. In 10 years, the President of the United States, the Prime Minister of Great Britain, the President of France and others will come to Tashkent to taste pilaf and look at our beauty in every sense.

Found that funny too. Probably his way of mirroring Shermatov's own gestures and body language or an unconscious nervous tick. Whatever the reason was, it doesn't make it look any less inappropriate given it was, after all, the incumbent minister he was interviewing.

They don't have a computer in local schools, no IT teachers no one understands IT and a new technologies but the kids are learning abroad by thier own money and these guys are earning stars and telling " we r implementing in education system" wauuu its so easy? I have learned what I need abroad and outside of my school. Uzbek schools need a big transformation, they r falled in curruption and stupit teachers.
