    really?! How do you do to keep them "as new"? How much did you drive with them since new?

    well, there are a few millimeters of wear already. Didn't do a lot of mileage, perhaps 120 km. But what is killing the pads is the concrete runway in Zutendaal. very rough concrete + full speed driving and you can see the rubber going away in no time...

    Yes I saw that, because I'm part of the team that overhauled this one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z5yhxqieYsq_lsY.html and we saw that the track can wear out very fast! And that's why I was surprised when you said the tracks were 5 year old!

    R975Man Well... compared with most original tracks it has still a lot of meat left. 🙂 When I did the thumb nail test on the rubber blocks from the Staman tracks it appeared very soft to me, softer than the rubber from a car tire. So I can imagine it wears quite fast.
