Good run by Tia Clayton. But don’t like her running form…leaning forward to much and looses balance/speed last 15-20M of her races..Back should be straight and knees lifting, like Shericka. Just my observation..Franno needs to fix that, ASAP!

Shericka needs to improve her start and tia needs to improve her finish, her form fell apart closing the race.
