Thanks for supporting Shenmue 3 and helping getting the word out there! All the negativity, cynicism and misinformation doing the rounds in the mainstream media is heartbreaking.

This was an awesome video, my hands are shaking and my heart is beating because watching it come from a channel like Happy Console Gamer is such a great thing and I respect you for doing this video Johnny :)! And you mentioned Adam's video too, which should hopefully put everyone straight about this Kickstarter! Great stuff, the only thing you forgot to add, was the link to the kickstarter "down below" haha :)

l've read that Yu Suzuki wants to make a 4th and 5th Shenmue after the third, and that he originally had 11 chapters to the series in his head, would be really, really cool to see something like that happen.

There's a physical release for pc.

I expect no less than Ys Net's very best in developing this game.

I already put in $500, which I would never dream of doing for any other game. This is actually my first kickstarter campaign. I was tempted by other ones, but all I've heard is nightmare story after nightmare story. Shenmue is different. Shenmue is one of the most unique gaming experiences of my life, if not the most unique. It is more than a game. I see Shenmue as a piece of art.

Most people who are hit that much by the controversy probably never played the other games, and even then, just do what I did and back the physical PC version.

Really glad you bought up the point about the way the first game(s) was handled on regards to it's engine & how this one likely will be handled in regards to it's engine financially. Feel alot of people who talked about that didn't quite understand that too well.

Thanks so much for this spot-on information. We need more press on the kickstarter that is actually accurate, and a big youtuber like you will really help to spread these facts.

great video guys. i really hope the vloggers who have put out misinformation about sony's involvement do update videos to tell their audiences that they were wrong. its important that people know its only down to the kickstarter whether this game fulfils its potential or not.
