As an introverted person I can relate to her. Being infront of everyone makes me nervous. And having a social anxiety sucks, hearing judgements and critics makes me tremble even thou I don't really heard them criticizing me but in my mind they does. Her case is understandable thou, being infront of seniors are really nerve wracking.

Social anxiety can grow and go back and forth depending of the atmosphere among people, these judges are strict and seniors so ofc. Also we have our own time when we ain't feel ready but already in the place.. I hope u understand what I mean. But this interview is very personal where millions of people are watching and this program are huge differences than others she has appeared on where she is more confident, comfortable and so on..

what she experienced was completely understandable and I’m so proud that she didn’t try acting that last part when she clearly isn’t in the right headspace for that. and props to the panelists for coming out to comfort her after.. although the main critical lady was a little lacking in empathy for the most part😅

YY is in the industry for long so she should’ve anticipated how strict it is. Empathy? So the panel should adjust themselves when the show is obviousyabout training the actors? Don’t be biased, if you are about to present to the panel you are prepared to do it beforehand. YY is prepared, but because her agency baby sit her that’s why she’s not fully aware. You see how lousy her chosen characters and show? That represents her growth as an actress

that isnt even close to a panic attack. and dont tell me if i dont know one. a panic attack is insanely serious. you get chest pain cuz of 190over bpm heartbeat palpitations that is uncontrollable even in a lying down relaxed position. you cant even move and feel numb at most part of your body.

@@viiviizzz not every panic attack is like that, some people experience panic attacks in different and similar ways. Its not always lime a heart attack, my stepfather is a psychologist from a family of doctors and psychologists and I have mental illness and also go to other doctors, psychiatrists, and therapists, so I definitely know what I'm talking about.

8:13 that woman is just way too hard with Shen Yue. Not everyone is the same and not everyone has the same set of mind in specific situations. And obviously, nobody is perfect. It looks like Shen Yue was on the verge of an anxiety attack. Hope she doesn’t let this experience push her down. I really like how the others try to encourage her and acknowledge that she is young and in some ways she still inexperienced. I specially like the sir with glasses that encourage the others to sheer Shen Yue. It’s nice when older people try to teach, encourage and sheer young people without dragging them down or making them feel bad about themselves. He has my respect. ✊🏼

But in the end, she actually went to go cheer her up personally. As haughty and snobby as she seemed, she does prove a point. Entertainment industry is hard and if you don't get your act together. Not everyone is going to understand your situation or when you have a nervous breakdown. It makes everyone assume the worst.

We need to be appreciative of her..yes she has 6 years of experience with great drama lining her up..I too was stunned and didnt expect her to be like this. Yes maybe she is a camera actor. She starred 4 great dramas and 4 versatile male leads.

this is so painful to watch. she is having a PANIC ATTACK, these attacks are so scary and uncontrollable it is so disturbing to see how poorly these seniors handled her health issue. They kept insulting her, mocking her, and getting in her face when she was trying to calm down. People need to be more aware of anxiety disorders so they can handle situations like this properly.

These are veteran actors. Their generation of acting was very different, and although they were harsh, they did cheer her up in the end and even gave her constructive criticism. I only wish Shen Yue knew what a great actress she is and she has acted with 4 versatile actors along with a senior actor as well.

Shen Yue😭😭😭... I literally cried for her as I know when your anxious, nervous and stressed in situation like this... Its easy to mess up... I'm glad she stayed and listened to the constructive criticism and how at the end they cheered her on... She's very talented and I love her acting and personality ... my heart goes out to Yue Yue :( With the row of senior actors watching you there would inevitably be that immense amount of pressure. Not to mention the nervousnesses that comes along with public speaking and the pressure in wanting to excel/do well, which leads to an outburst of emotions before the panel of seniors. I cried along with Yue Yue and I honestly hope that she can have more confidence in herself and has already done a great job for even standing on stage and presenting ❤️❤️

Omo when the seniors came to talked to her she was bewildered clearly she is having anxiety and panic attacks, it is clearly evident that Shen Yue is having this inferiority complex and was scared of everybody there the best thing to do is to make her loosen up and give space for her without the cameras and as an advocate for anxiety awareness it’s not only solved because of just acting it all up and I totally relate to her I never even seen this side.

This may be my first time seeing actual stage fright from a celebrity. You can clearly see anxiety and panic attacks setting in. This particular time, she might not have a person with her to talk to and to release some of that buìlt up tension. When she got up on the stage, she felt rushed to present without loosening those pressure. As the judge said, she can take her time to calm her nerves. I, myself experienced this fright. The feeling of losing my breath by merely standing or facing the crowd, and that feeling of crying that is evident in my voice. I somewhat lessen my stage anxiety by mind rehearsing and mirror talking just like the judge at the end said.

I feel what she felt, if you're really nervous, sometimes you can't control your emotions/anxiety, especially in front of powerful people/influence people. It really a nerve wracking experience.😭😭😭

Wow.... knowing how great she is as an actress I never expected her to be like this. I fully understand her anxiety though. That happens to me alot during class presentation or just talking infront of a lot of people. You did great shen yue. 👏👏

OMG they all think she's acting on purpose to draw the attention and criticise her without caring about her mental health, I’m speechless

I remember my first time speaking on a stage. My teacher just called me, impronto to recite a poem, just because I did well in front of my classmates and was the top1 of the class . But I've been extremely overwhelmed and anxious to speak in front of the whole school, with parents, schools teachers and distinguished guests. My voice were so shaky as if I'm about to cry just like this girl. In that moment, I just wanted the ground to swallow me. I was a very introverted kid before but after that incident, I've learned a lot and decided to join the school music band and sports club where I've learned to socialize and be more confident with myself.

Anxiety attacks are real it can overwhelm you to the point of not speaking

I'm a bit teary right now. I literally saw myself in her situation in this video. I can understand her feelings because the same thing literally happened to me as well and I wasn't my normal self making me even more nervous and anxious because I didn't know how to get out of that state and worse my Assessor was already very angry and she kept repeatedly saying to me that "Do you want me to fail you" and kept repeating it for like 20 times and then told me she already separated my papers from the rest because she was ready to fail me and that's when I broke down. Fortunately she still passed me because she literally pitied me (but I did try to perform my best I was just really airheaded that time) when I cried and then said some advices and encouragement like how I should be strong because when the time comes I'd have to face even worse stuff and people are not going to adjust for me and I have to be stronger for myself. I'm glad to know I wasn't being abnormal and someone out there actually also has the same experiences as mine because I was literally being the weird one back then and I was confused because I was already like 20 so why was it happening when it never happened before? I'm really glad to have watched this video.

It must have been hard on her. She has had so many hit dramas, so the seniors must have had high expectations, which then caused her to panic. It's hard to stand in front of people and act on the spot. A lot of the times, the director and the cast will go through the script multiple times before shooting so that everyone is comfortable, so it's hard to improvise sometimes. Yue Yue is an AMAZING actress, i love all of her roles she's played as easily ranks as, my fav actress ❤️

I feel for her. When I took intro to acting, I had a panic attack in the middle of my script (in front of everyone). I felt so confident but I don't know why I felt so destroyed during the panic attack. My professor gave me a B for that assignment.
