Madeon and Porter are so perfect together. There aren’t any producers around that could team up with either of them and even hope to do what they did together.

I agree. Porter's style remixing the already brilliant song is just perfection.

Seeing both Madeon and Porter move into Good Faith Live and Nurture Live respectively, it's clear how much this collaboration influenced them later on. That Icarus mix for example, is almost identical to the one in GFF. Porter also took a groovier, more "fun" direction, similar to what he did on Flicker here.

It makes me tear up still... this concert was one of the greatest things I've experienced in my life. Thank you for putting this up.

teylon golsong out of anything I've ever seen this tour affected me the most. You can feel the time and care they put into this whole set. You can feel the love and respect that they have for each other. It was a unifying experience. To believe they made this for us. It feels so personal. I am so excited to see what comes next for the both of them. For me this embodied PLUR.

I wish I could go to their concerts but I live in Europe and it seems like all their tours are in the US :(

It's fascinating that you can clearly hear which parts are Porter's and which are Madeon's, but they fit perfectly together anyway.

That Goodbye to a World edit (1:02:45 ) is one of the most beautiful musical compositions I have ever heard. Instant goosebumps. Every. Single. Time.

shelter is truly a masterpiece as music and a anime

Anybody else out there think it's HIGH TIME Porter & Madeon collaborate on a full-length album? And a video album would be even better? Get a talented up & coming animation team paired up with these two like Makoto Shinkai did up with the Radwimps on Your Name & Weathering with you where the animators & the musicians collaborate on their ideas together as a group, each feeding off each other & giving to each other to create something neither could even imagine doing alone? Put together a collection of original songs & videos like they did with the Japanese Animators Expo a while back & make history? Cuz I'm sorry, but even Shelter isn't enough once you've experienced it. We need more!

the show is built around shelter, technicolor, and language, and clips of those three songs are played throughout the entire show, and it opens with them, or at least part of them.

Caught this show the weekend before I started university what a memorable time

Special thanks to you & all the other fans who have posted footage from this tour as best as you were able. You've made it possible for us to get as close as we can to this wonderful, probably once in a lifetime event. We owe you one. But I really can't help but be disappointed that apparently neither Robinson or Madeon or anyone else involved in this tour thought to make an official professional concert recording of this tour. Maybe they didn't know what a truly big deal Shelter would be to the anime community or to Robinson's fans, but I can't help but think how awesome it would've been to get to see this "live," like so many other concerts I've been privileged to see on YT. *sigh* Oh to think of what might have been.

Just every song it’s personal ..since been pregnant with our daughter I knew it would mean much in our little family ...it’s amazing that she likes it after been born and it relaxes her and enjoys it ..thes no words 😶

i was only 17 when this tour was happening and it hurts how I really wanted to go but couldn’t. I remember staying up late to watch the Coachella live stream and just remembering the excitement gives me goosebumps. I was in my bed crying, singing, wishing I was there but I’m so glad this video is around so I can look back just like I’m doing now. Definitely one of the best collaborations of all EDM history.

Well yes, but the stage audio was leaked by some awesome guy because some scumbag porter employees and fans who were using it to create "remakes" and gaining popularity. The dude felt that it was unfair for a small group to profit by stealing from porter so he made it all public. Its... well... its complicated.

I hope these two tour together again at some point. I would do a great deal to see something like this live.

This is so good I have it downloaded on my phone. The 60FPS footage synced up with the Seattle Line In audio (which is flawless, since it's a leak) makes it great. My only problem is the sound quality, which is KZread's fault anyway.

Yeah. Thank god for these guys for making this stuff. I just wish they had come to northern Europe so I could have gotten a chance to see them live. I have watched these live shows on youtube over and over again and honestly cant get enough.
