A big blue offshore wind swell always looks great but a dud wave. Short barrel that quickly clamps.

@@Boggle5 I've surfed Thirroul, back in the 80's I had a girlfriend who lived down there, I was from the mid north coast she came up for holiday and I dated her and she invited me to her house just up the street from Thirroul. The two days I went out it was quite big and lumpy lefts at the northern end of the beach.
