it does make sense. First, they all have flaws like all humans and are still friends with each other because that is what friendship is. Secondly, it's a very specific genre of TV: a sitcom so every 'annoying' trait of every character is exaggerated because this is how you write comedy, especially on sitcoms, and it just has to be this way. it's literally the easiest thing to understand. but if you keep watching sitcoms, taking it all seriously, and whining - that is on you.
