This is the kind of stuff that helps understanding why the gang doesn't 100% despise Sheldon. He's selfish and thoughtless, but he's also extremely loyal and caring. He prefered to move out rather than slip off

The irony is if penny hadn't told him that it's a secret he probably wouldn't have had said it to Leonard

@@savsaga4991 depends on the situation. There’s a few people specifically I cannot lie to. Besides that beyond a small white lie like “someone’s waiting for me at home” I get several nervous tics that most people see through particularly if they know what to look for

I love how Leonard still tolerates Sheldon even though during this scene, in Leonard's eyes, it looks like Sheldon has finally lost it and gone crazy.

It makes sense why Sheldon is hung up on asking for consent first. They connected Young Sheldon when he was unwillingly put into a situation to keep his dad’s secret on the missing cheque during his accounting for their tax.
