I hate that I'm just now seeing this episode! JILL SCOTT is ahead of her time, and to me, underrated! As an Old School Music LOVER, her first CD was the first I purchased in a long time from a younger generation. She is authentic and sincere!!! I love her version of Star Spangled Banner!!! I love that she honored NANCY WILSON, I love NANCY WILSON too!!! I would love to hear JILL SCOTT cover GUESS WHO I SAW TODAY, and HOW GLAD I AM. I LOVE YOU JILL SCOTT!!! I LOVE YOU SHEILA E.!!!

It's funny. When I do see it, they play well off of each other. Jill's podcast J.ill has had some great topics esp. the one about realizing their mothers/grandmother's are women. It's deep. Sterling K. Browns wife (Ryan Michelle Baithe) is one of the characters on the TV show & not only great, but every interview I've seen with her, she's brilliant, hilarious & so likeable. Jill is multi-talented. Homegrown Anita Baker & Miss Gladys Knight is still phenomenal. Nancy Wilson's voice moves through you & makes you jerk like getting a little shock. Jill singing at the White House was awesome. *LOVE always & 4ever to PRINCE💜 I always wanted to know how Sheila got past (not over) the romantic part of their relationship. I would guess it's still the real love that allows you to value the person for other aspects of your relationship to last a lifetime.💜
