there's a lot of simple and straightforward rules in Tajweed, that easily understandable. Even one is selected as Noble Position, one is still able to make mistake. Probably the proper response would be, I acknowledge the mistakr, but I really hope Allah forgive him and give him more guidance, and positively thinking 'he's probably better than me, as he able to sustain Jamaah Prayer, even he's leading it! ''

I think his voice sounds a bit different because he's leading the Fajr prayer.

This is his Maqam Rast recitation, and by far his BEST style. He reads in Maqam Hijaz more than usual but reads like this during Taraweeh. If you want more like this, I'd recommend you listen to his old Taraweeh from Madinah, it's out of this world..

In my opinion, it is the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) that when an old person is standing behind, the prayer should be shortened. And MashaAllah Sheikh kept the prayer short.

This isn't the full prayer, the full prayer was about 12 minutes. It's the Sunnah to read Surah Sajdah and Insan during Fajr on Fridays, but in general what you said is correct.
