Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum congratulated Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai Football club for winning President’s Cup & Arabian Gulf League Cup 2018/2019.
While receiving the team in Zabeel Palace, in presence of Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Sports
Council, Chairman of Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Deputy Ruler of Dubai and First Deputy Chairman of Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, and Second Deputy Chairman HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Chairman of the board of Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai Company HH Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness praised the efforts of the team and its results during the current year.
“I am sportsman just like you, and always seek for first place. We do our best to achieve our objectives and
ambitions, and we can’t achieve our objective unless we work hard,” His Highness addressed the team. His Highness also advised the team to maintain positivity and sportsmanship in the field and in daily life, adding that sportsmen are role model for everyone.
His Highness also wished the team best of luck in future competition, especially as they are tasked to maintain the same achievement next year, or achieve better results.
The reception was attended by Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Mattar Al Tayer, Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Sami Ahmed AlQamzi, Chancellor Essam Issa AlHumaidan,
Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Hisham Abdulla AlKassim, Ahmed Mohammed bin Humaidan, and the CEO of the team Abdulkareem Alhaj.
Also present were Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Chairman of Nakheel Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman of Mai Dubai Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, and CEO and Chairman of Mayedan Group Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, and Chairman of Sun and Sands Moahmmed Abdulaziz Bagagr.

تدري يالغالي؟ يوم سمحوا لنا فأزمة كورونا نسير البحر لكن ما ننزل من الموتر، يوم ٤/٤/٢٠٢٠ سرت الشاطئ وفتحت دريشة الموتر مالي من يهة البحر وشغلت أغاني ماهر زين وهي كلها دينية وجميلة ويلست هناك اكثر من ساعة وعقب رديت البيت كانت نفسيتي تعبانة من إشاعة ان شركتنا بتطردنا وكنت اسولف ويا ربيعتي واصيح واقول لها اني أدري عن تفكير معظم الناس فبلدي وبيقولون عقب هالمدة ردت بلا ما تسوي شي لحياتها ولا متزوجة ولا عندها عيال والحسد اللي نعاني منه... وعشية انت نزلت قصيدة الحطاب وحسيت ان جزء منها، البداية عني... وانك تشجعني على العمل الخيري بدل ما كنت فقط كافلة يتيمة واحدة... ممكن استنتاجي يكون غلط والقصيدة لها قصة غير لكن انا جيه ذكرياتي عن القصيدة 😅 وصح الله لسانك 😊
