The Owls put to be a hoodoo stretching back over half a century with a convincing win over Wolves at Hillsborough.
September 1964 was the last time Wednesday beat the Midlanders on home soil and once Fernando Forestieiri had cancelled out a Benik Afobe penalty with a spot-kick of his own, the victors were never in doubt.
Livewire Forestieri added another before Daniel Pudi netted his second goal for the club and Gary Hooper applied the final coating of gloss.

Another slow start, but atleast it didn't take us whilst the 75th minute to get going this time. Back to winning ways hopefully.
I'm happy to give Hooper more time. A striker of his ability shouldn't be miskicking the shot like he did at the end, but he has been out of action for a while (not sure why. Perhaps he fell out with The Norwich management and coaches?) so could be lacking match sharpness.

Bannan looked fantastic. Wonderful passes, especially that dink pass to Hooper at the end. (Should have been a goal obviously.)
Convincing victory but need to look to the Birmingham game. That'll be a real battle for the final playoff place
