Creo automatically add bend radius for all bend corners. You can control the size of the bend round.

sir, while creating the flange(@3:48 ) a gap is formed while selecting the other edges for flange and cannot be cleared by decreasing the size

Increase the size of the bend radius for the previous feature first. Keep the bend radius 5 times the thickness.
