Your parabola for the shear diagram is concave up though it should really be concave down because the shear approaches zero more quickly as the distributed load gets larger.

Because while finding reaction at A, use the sum of Fy . Not sum of moment. If sum of Fy, u dont have to multiply with the distance

Dear Sir, if I am not wrong, concavity of the curve is incorrect here
Moment about point A, RB should be in anti-clockwise direction
Dear sir. Shear force diagram is parabolic. but y= =x2 shape. Not y=x2 shape.
The moment arm should be 2/3 of x since moment is taken by A (Left side) Hence the 40x^3/18 should be 40x^3/9. Please clarify. This is for the triangular force.

Moment isn't about A rather it's about the point where section is taken( at x distance from A)

Your explanation for finding maximum moment at point of zero shear is complicated. Actually you can simply take moment at point of zero shear at X=3, MX= RA(3) - (1/2 b x h)(1/3L) = (60*3) - (0.5*3*40)(1/3*3) MX= 120KN.m. Note: b= X = 3

I think your curve is wrong because the triangle at the given problem is increasing negative load.
bending moment diagram for sagging condition should be drawn downward from convention.
Shear force parabola must be open downward 16:07
Your shear diagram is wrong because the load is increasing in loading diagram and your theta is decreasing in your sfd

No you are wrong sfd is correct because in A there is a load so there theta can't be zero
