Not that unlikely, one of my aunts got pregnant at 45 and her daughter came out healthy with no issues
I'm confused about the time continuity. How long (in the show) has it been since Keanu and Louise broke up? Seems like only a few weeks, but somehow Sharon can already tell she's pregnant? Also, does anyone on soaps wear a condom?
