If the ankles hurting you, rub it with vicks rub. Its a white cream that has a strong mint or camphor smell in it and keep it warm. No more sandles for a while. short boots or sneakers that can hold the ankles when walking.

Beautiful Videejohner's another suggestion until the furniture you want next to the stove for shelving. Construct a cement block/rock and wood plank shelves with materials you have around the compound. They are very sturdy and strong plus they can look very artistic. The key is making sure the first level is perfectly level to keep building up with the shelving, so most likely would need to use shims (rocks, wood, etc). Cement block supports with wood shelves is my go to, I have been doing that for decades! You have been blessed to have such beautiful stones on your land, here they are very expensive to purchase! But here for the use of a few cement blocks are inexpensive.

Let your wife Soaked your feet in the evening with warm water in a bowl or bucket with salt in water for 15-30 minutes before your go-to bed will help. Salt is a good healing medicine for muscle pain and has so many benefits.

Hi Vid and Jahbyn, just a concern, how I wish you could have visited the hospital and be placed in the right department for your treatment. I mean, you need to visit orthopedics department, you meet Ortho trauma techs plus the surgeon for concerns about your knee and ankle joint. They'll direct you appropriately. Never be a private patient in a public hospital. Let them direct you and you'll get treated well. Incase they get any injury, visit orthopedic department.
