@@wildflower_70 Of course they are. Also in the Netherlands you have to have guardian/parent consent AND a parent there during the piercing or tattoo. I mean yes it's Claire's which is a place you NEVER should get a piercing, but still it's the Dutch law...

All these 'secret' or 'mom doesnt know' etc videos are all staged for views. You need a signed consent form from a legal guardian/parent if you are a minor to get a piercing, so Rachel had to have known. In the Netherlands (where they were here) a parent or carer also has to be present when you get a piercing, so Jase was probably even closer by. But since videos are targeted for little kids it's easy to pretend it's all real 😏
