It's quite painful for me to think that the story of this comic can still become a reality, especially N's traumatized state... I've seen this comic before, but with this incredibly good voice acting, it looks even better. The ending with N crying made me almost cry

If N can't stop Uzi, I really hope this is how Tessa will respond. When she took out her sword, he was probably flashing back to when J tried to kill him with a virus. The best he can do now, is to protect Tessa. At heart, he isn't a Murder Drone; he's a protector.

HANG ON A SECOND THIS IS A DUB OF MY COMIC????? HOLY FROGGING COW, I JUST SAW THE THUMBNAIL AND WENT "oh haha someone stole my comic and put it on youtube again, haha" (seeing as that doesn't bother me none, and in fact I actually find it funny). BUT THE FACE I MADE WHEN I REALIZED IT'S A COMIC FLUBBING DUB??? BUCK WILD. ABSOLUTELY STELLAR. AND HOW TESSA WAS VOICED. SOMEONE GIVE CORDY A GOLD STAR, BECAUSE THAT IS HOW I PICTURED HER LINES BEING DELIVERED. And oh my frog, Mr Nub's performance as N??? THE POWER BEHIND THOSE LINES. Sure, some of N's Failure Monologue was flubbed, seeing as "And if you leave it to me" was read as "And if you leave me to it," BUT SEEING AS IT WAS DONE REALLY WELL I CAN EXCUSE IT. This is somehow even more raw than what I imagined, and good bucking lord, the crying??? I GOT PUNCHED IN THE FEELINGS BY MY OWN COMIC, GIVE BOTH OF THESE ACTORS GOLD STARS. I can't say this enough, and I hope I don't come off as basis seeing as this is my comic, but THIS IS AMAZING AHHH! Although, that may be because this is the first time someone's dubbed one of my comics, so this is overall the best thing to ever happen to me. I am actually shaking. Crying a little bit from joy. This is amazing, thank you all SO MUCH for deciding this thing was worth being voiced. I know I'm using a lot of caps, but this is genuinely how I feel, and it is... absolutely stellar and exciting. Fun fact: Tessa is actually also crying, but is doing a better job at keeping it together. Or at least, not making a noise so N doesn't hear, seeing as he really needs a shoulder to cry on right about now... neither of them actually realized they needed a hug until she did that, y'know. may 27/2024 edit: So, uh... yeah! I think we can all agree this aged interestingly. But don't worry though, folks! The Tessa featured in this AU really is the real Tessa, because I feel like we all need it and I don't wanna change that element of the AU. (Also WOW, I did somehow predict a LOT. I swear I was just trying to parallel V holding her sword to Tessa's throat, I didn't know N would actually do that! The Solver being petty and using his love for Uzi against him, though? THAT I definitely saw happening. So not surprised when it did in the actual show itself.)

Turns out this isn't the first time one of my comics was dubbed and I just found that out a couple minutes ago... still, this is the first dub on one of my own comics I've ever seen, so close enough! :3 If you don't mind, could I post a link to this on tumblr??? @@liltwaz1620 the "patch" is the crucifix looking thing that doll was trying to get, tessa had, and N gave to uzi its meant to un attach the solver from drones

@@liltwaz1620 the patch is a program. An antivirus meant to “patch” the Solver Drones. The humans built it to banish the Solver entity from any host that it took control of, in the case of episode 7, Solver Drone (002). Nori and Uzi. The antivirus was kept inside of the hard drive in the Crucifix that the Solver ended up destroying when it took over Uzi. It seems that Yeva had already been injected with the antivirus program, and she was able to do the same to Nori before the Solver was able to take over the planet. I do think that there is a backup patch somewhere. I don’t really know though.

Dang,N's voice actor did a really good job! There was alot of emotions in those lines. That really stood out.

Now with what we know now- this has a whole other meaning. Still an amazing comic and wonderful voice acting

1:29 dang that shot seems familiar. Where have I seen it that before? Seriously that shot there aged pretty well.

I've been interested in voice acting for a while, and the original voice actors for Murder drones made me really want to try and persue it more than I was before I was introduced to it. But this.. This comic, the voice acting, even the sobbing, it's just given me that push, that feeling. Like this voice acting is INCREDIBLE.

You know while I was amazed by the latest episode, I’m kinda also sad it didn’t turn out like this comic, I also feel bad for Tessa, cause not only did it turn out that she was dead the whole time, but the solver was using her body as a suit, now that I feel bad for her, I’m kinda sad the latest episode didn’t turn out like this, but I still liked it, it was both horrifying yet amazing, but yeah I’m kinda sad how it actually turned out

Great comic dub. This comic actually makes me even sadder with the reveal that Tessa wasn't really Tessa anymore, so we can't ever get anything like this in canon.

I wish Tessa was more like this... compared to the one in episode 7 ): EDIT: SPOILER ALERT - The Tessa we saw getting murdered by N might not be tessa after all and might be Cyn . there is some evidence of it uou can search up. Tessa was thought to be already dead before episode 6.

I can literally feel the pain flowing through me, Seeing how N feels is something we'd all understand just unable to kill someone that's under control of someone you care for the most just being unable to be saved

The credits are what hit me the hardest. Nothing. Just wind. Basically implying that since the Solver wasn’t defeated, everything is gone. Everything and everyone is dead. Damn, I love dark endings!

There's a lot of comic dubs out there that are, while certainly passable, not particularly great at capturing the feel of certain comics. Whether it be because the voices don't fit, the audio quality isn't great, or just simply a lack of emotion in the actors' voices, some dubs just don't do heavier comics like these justice. This is not one such dub. Holy shit, this dub not only actually got Tessa's accent and voice effect right, but _wow_ did N's actor sell this. It's rare that I see a dub for this specific comic actually sell N's crying at the end, and you guys managed it. Awesome job :D
