Kokomi fulfils Zhongli’s role of “pretty much makes the team unkillable” while also providing reaction pathways. She’s just super comfy and cute. Also best pelvic region in the game.

I'm one of the 5 people who wished on her first banner. She was always good.

@@poushon nah she was unpopular because they saw the -100% crit rate, low dmg (clam set wasnt out when she came out) and everyone called her a 5 star barbara, hated on her and didnt roll on her. A few patches later, everyone saw how good she was as a healer/hydro applicator and regretting not getting her, similar to bennett when GI first came out. Classic meta slaves

Im glad i didnt make a mistake in ignoring her on her first banner. She's one of the best things that happened on my ayaka team and now im building her own hyperbloom team.

i was one of those ppl pretty unhappy with kokomi back when she first released, so in order to give fair judgement i pulled her on my second server . she quickly became one of my fav units on that server by far . i think most of my initial displeasure was due to the fact that she released before the ocean hued clam set, so she was just.. weird . but after that artifact set and now dendro, kokomi has become such a solid, stable unit with so many places in so many teams . i appreciate my girl and all shes done for me

For withering zones, I like to use Ganyu and Zhongli so I can just quickly take out the red spots and ignore the enemies until I do. If you don’t have either, use any bow user and shielded. I’ve found that helps a lot!

On her first rerun, I almost cry when I pulled on her banner over Raiden and got her accidentally. Now I have her triple crowned with max HP of 50K, and planning to get her weapon. I love her so much and she never left my team since then. Damage output wise, support utilities, and crazy heal are always up when she is in the team. I love how everyone (including me) belittle her as 5-star Barbara. But now, she's my girl to 36-star the abyss. MUST PULL FOR KOKOMI.

I pulled kokomi by chance last time like with 20 pulls for fun and i dont regret a day since. She is almost in all my teams. *chef kiss* I shred sumeru content with heizou, fischl, kazuha and kokomi... i cannot die actually 😄🤙

Kokomi is best enabler in a Hyperbloom team with Dragon's bane EM built Raiden😂. Since then Raiden can have higher EM and also the Dragon's bane passive will also work on Hyperbloom dmg (doing like 25k per hit)since there will be Hydro on enemies all the time due to Kokomi and team will never die since Kokomi heals so much.

You have the best narration of all the Genshin KZreadrs I've seen. Scripting is tight; delivery and pacing are solid. I really enjoy your vids. Thanks for great content.

I found sacrificial fragment very comfortable for her, i use her for exploration and hyperbloom in top abyss which in the current version have enemy that is moving a alot, having a way to put her jelly fish somewhere else is just so comforting for me personally.

Technically with Sac frag, you can have a jellyfish on field from 58 seconds. Idk why anyone would do that but you could 😅

Tbh, you can technically have perma jellyfish with just optimized rotation. Still prefer using TTDS for more buffing with 4pc milleleth but I switch to sac frag with 4pc GD if I use fridge teams.

A Team that ive been playing around with is Super high EM Dendro-Burgeon/Vaporize team with: Sacrificial Tighnari - Mappa Mare Off-Field Kokomi - Dodoco (or Sacrificial is you need more EM) Klee - Solar Pearl Heizou (His 2nd Passive raises EM by 80 for the whole team, excluding himself). With the Rotation being, Heizou Normals to build E stacks > Koko E - 12sec jelly> Tigh E - 8sec taunt (This groups all of the enemies to Tigh's taunt while getting hit my Koko's E, Also his E charged shots last for 12sec + don't go away after switching characters )> Hezou E for damage and EM bonus > Tigh's 3 Charged Shots timed with the splashes of Koko's E > Klee can either do a Single Attack then Charged if they have Dodoco Tales, just Charged Attack (and because Tighnari keeps enemies in place, Klee can hit a lot more reliably FINALLY!), or if they have 4pc Crimson then E before attacking like stated before > Heizou Q if available and then Normals > Start again. This Rotation works especially well for small groups because of Tighnari but can be used like a makeshift Single Target Vaporize pretty effectively)

I got her by fate on her 2nd banner, and I regret nothing! She's wonderful to have and as someone who doesn't have any built shield characters (I stopped pulling for zhongli bc I want dendro archon) I always have her in my team, with a prototype Cresent that suits my play style wel

Mostly just feeding the algorithm cause you should get more views But wanted to say how much I adore your guides and that you've become my favourite Genshin youtuber for them. Sure there are others I go to for the most nitty-gritty but you have them all beat on positivity and on exploring the ideas behind a lot of Off-Meta teams

I use the sacrificial fragment, besides in dendro teams, for co-op. Because co-op can sometimes become a mess especially in some weekly boss fights.

ive had my kokomi since last october and i do not regret it at all. i missed out during her last banner (computer issues, and my phone is already weighed down by the absolute beast of an app that is love nikki/cant physically isntall genshin anyway) so i missed a con/her weapon, but this time around im totally going for it. im hoping to get my hands on c1, and if possible c2. my end goal is to max my kokomi out as much as possible shes currently triple crowned with an r4 prototype amber, albeit still c0, but i love her and her little fish. her entire appearance is so cool and fun and i like the slpooshy sounds she makes. 10/10 character, she soothes my anxiety about not having full health.

i think i’m gonna pull for her.. i love her design and i think i desperately need a healer for my two damage dealers (ganyu , yae miko ) they’re both fragile IMO she’ll also help with freeze for ganyu

I saw your Thoma guide, and wanted to ask if you could cover Thoma on Burgeon comps? You explain everything very well, and it’s easy to follow!

I am SO torn between Kokomi and Nilou. I am being f2p right now, so I am not sure who should I rather pull. Plus I am planning to pull for Nahida 100%, and pulling for Nilou might hamper those chances. That said, as of now Cyno is an easy skip when I have over powered electro units like Raiden, Yae and Fischl.

I have a bad news for you, kokomi will be premiere choice for nilou team, probably nahida also so you have to get 3 of them to form the best bloom nilou team. Hyv already know this thats why they rerun kokomi before nilou.

@@dommy5356 For context, nilou passive force you to only run hydro and dendro. Nilou bloom team deal 25-30k dmg instantly in large aoe constantly, so your hp will go down so fast since bloom also dmg yourself. There's no dendro healer atm, only hydro, your choice is limited to kokomi or barbara, but kokomi is far better than barbara from her heals, her energy regen, her dps, hydro app to trigger bloom etc, so yeah. Bloom dmg also ignores dmg reduction like xq skill, so no xq won't be enough. You can use barbara tho but I don't really recommend it.

Nilou is probably will be the most niche hydro unit, her team force you to only use hydro and dendro, you must play bloom spam team if you want to utilize all of her passives, need much specific 5 star to function properly, etc.

My favorite use for her is a ttds/ToM support for Eula! I use Raiden, Rosaria, and Kokomi. Together with all of their buffs combined, my Eula’s attack gets over 3.6k and her burst hits in the 375-450k range, which isn’t bad without Bennett. Her hydro application with Rosaria also makes it where cryo hangs around longer for cryo resonance to help Eula’s backloaded damage crit more reliably.

i wanna share my pulls too. i got her on the first banner by accident. i just wanted xingqiu but i got kokomi at 4 pity guaranteed then won the 50/50 at 21 pity for the c1. i never needed to dodge with kokomi on the team. i like using her more than zhongli. and she’s also really cute so i’m glad i got her, she’s always a necessity for my team.

Kokomi Quicken Hyperbloom is very fun and currently my favorite team!

I was hype for Kokomi ever since her design dropped, she came home to me at like 30 pity on the first banner and I've had her on pretty much every team ever since. She adorable and I love that she slaps people with water fishies lol.

My current go to heavy hitter team is kokomi, tighnari, Raiden, and yanfei. And that works amazing for me since I can easily just use it for burgon or hyperboom when needed, and just have everyone go the rest of the time

I got kokomi literally because she’s pretty and I’ve never been happier. I have her with my Shenhe, Ayaka, Kazuha team and THYE ARE A UNIT

Genshin Impact has a character that brings together a team in a simple and pragmatic way. She is my favorite.

I've been enjoying burgeon kokomi team with Yela, double hydro's buff benefits all three of them! I am looking forward to having Nahida replace the dendro main character in this team though.

I didn't even want her (thanks to all the reviews and comments trashing her) but pulled anyway and BOY am I glad I did! Aside from being absolutely irreplacable now for my Ganyu and Ayaka, she's so adorable and I love seeing her animations.

I use TTDS on her (Kazuha-cryo swirl(VrdsntV, dec elmntal res) switch to Kokomi-burst(Noblss,Ttds) switch to Shenhe-burst-skill(cryo atk buff, dec. cryo res , freeze enemy) then Ayaka-sprint-skill(Blzrd), I have tried Koko then swap to Ayaka tho I don't really know which has the highest dmg output... I also didn't know if the time for all of the buffs were met. Sorry.. I hope I explained it well...

As an og koko haver (2.1) I’m so glad she’s one of the most meta defining characters now she really said fuck you to the people who doubted her💀

Kokomeme, Xingqiu, Beidou, dendro MC for unkillable hyperbloom team. Beidou and Xingqiu together can give 63% damage reduction. With Kokomeme heals on top of that there’s literally no way you could possibly die.

Which Hydro character is the best to run with Nilou in Bloom team? I am thinking of snatching Kokomi so that i dont have a problem with survivablity if i need to run 2Hydro 2Dendro otherwise i need to slot in Sucrose with PA.

This rerun blessed me with C2 and signature weapon, my overpowered immortality is therefore officially sealed. 😎 Beidou, Albedo/Ganyu and Yelan act as her supports in my team

What about the increased resistance to interruption? Everytime I use her burst, I still get interrupted even from a light projectile, It feels like not much increase or nothing changed.

Great video. I have to say that my account is entering a really rough mid game patch. It’s two weeks old, I run Yanfei, Xiangling, Sucrose and Diona. My only hydro is Barb so I am hoping this banner can help with getting either Kokomo or Xingju (spelling). I have having an awful time with Pyro bosses (flower). Would it be recommended for me to pull to help round out my roster here? AR35-45 is kind of murder…

Definitely, it also helps that kokomi is kinda easy to build, same as ganyu. Both of them basically has their kits built to focus on one major stat. If you can farm for her materials then I recommend her, she can also tank really well

I was disappointed last time Ganyu ran, trying to pull her and failing -- told myself I would find a way to ensure I'd get her the next time around. Now I am halfway through pity, on the guarantee, with her launching in hours... and I never would've foreseen that I'd actually be debating whether I should pull her at all -- for Kokomi, of all units! Would've been unthinkable a month ago.
