That was the whole point that Black Belt Barrister was trying to make in this video, but I happen to disagree with that assessment. Amber normally looked at the jury when she spoke, but when she says "You can look online..." she is staring down Camille, not the jury or the judge. She's really NOT telling ANYBODY to look up anything online, she's speaking rhetorically, to Camille.

Weirdly, when I saw this, I immediately thought she’s arranged this so she “looks” poor, just to bolster all of the ‘can’t pay JD’ narrative. Honestly, I trust nothing this woman does or says at this point.

We just get snippets of people’s day! We don’t actually know what her relationship with her child is like. I worked part time when my children were that age. I also allowed myself time away from them to be me once in a while! If I could get a babysitter so I could go shopping, I would have! This is probably a staged photo , I agree! It is all very weird! I was abused in a relationship for years and I can say that her acting at pretending she was abused, is the furthest from the truth. A woman who has suffered abuse, shows it in her eyes, her face, the way she talks, and believe me… recalling such terrible experiences, do bring REAL TEARS even when trying so hard to avoid them. No need to make faces because when in pain, the tears come straight from the heart and soul.

Hold on, lets be completely honest (as she never seems to be) She was deemed a "victim" of JD's first lawyer, so she got that lesser amount deducted from his award. What was the "abuse" his lawyer subjected her to? He called her counter suit of defamation against JD a hoax, that it should be summery dismissed and not taken up by the court, that she was and always has been a liar. That's it. He said she lies and her suit was a hoax. But he did it on the court steps and after the court agreed to take it up. It got him sanctioned and barred from representing JD. It's a big no no for a lawyer to defame another litigants case, if the court agrees to hear it, so calling it a hoax was hyperbole. But the liar part? I think that was readily proven in court for all the world to see, but he jumped the gun on that, by having a press conference saying it.

I guess that's sarcasm. I think S. C might be referring to a lack of professionalism due to personal bias. This bites either way. We need law enforcement to take every case seriously, and to approach with unbias, but that requires much more training than is usually possible.

I’m an old school feminist which means I want to be treated equally and have equal opportunities. Amber has houses full of clothes that are worth $1000s, if not millions of dollars. There is no way that she needs to shop at a discount store, because nothing at a discount store would be better than just re-wearing clothes she already owns. Now if she was caught shopping for cheaper homes, because she has to sell her mansions to pay off Johnny, that would make sense. We need to see ads of her properties for sale, just like we saw Johnny’s.

I think Amber purposely staged this as another PR stunt. She chooses once again to tip off TMZ, where she’ll be and with who. She’s trying to portray to the public that she’s an average everyday type of woman who shops at places like all of us, with the purpose to create likability and relatability. Just as she stated, she’s not the most likable victim. She attempting to create that likability. Next, if she in fact was truly shopping at TJMax, that means she doesn’t have money for her expensive wardrobe, let alone be able to afford NANNY’s to watch her baby while she’s out and about. If she can’t afford her fancy clothes, she sure as heck can’t afford the nanny!! 😅

If this is the case, she's again showing how tone deaf she is. I mean.. "OH NO, now she has to buy her clothes where I have to buy my clothes!!" Either she's trying to set this up to make herself more relatable which fails because she called TMZ for a photoshoot or she's trying to make us feel sorry for her by having to sink to our level which is insulting. Remember, she more than likely had Dateline remove the part of the line about not having the same resources as "you and me" when addressing Savannah Guthrie in the Friday night broadcast, so she doesn't see us normal every day people as peers and tried to hide her slip up.

The actual STUPIDITY of them paying someone who's a legally proven abuser for an interview just boggles the mind! Makes NO sense what so ever to give this woman a platform to spew her lies and throw a "pity party".

Considering she had an entire penthouse which was referred to as her closet, I’m sure she could find something to wear. Such a setup.

AH and her team deliberately pointed the jury to look at the UK case online during the US case. Then, after the verdict, Elaine went on National TV saying the jury must have looked online. Well if they did look online they would have found the UK case. But, they would have also seen AH's flippancy during her testimony, the judges links to the Sun newspaper, and the fact that there was no evidence against JD other than AH's lies. So, in a nutshell, pointing the jury to search the UK case was not a wise decision on the part of AH's team. And, of course, this is assuming the jury would do such a thing whilst under oath not to to do so. AH and her team are "psychological criminals" in reality and should be exposed as such !

I have NEVER seen someone record personal conversations to the extent of this. Omg. I listened to it and found myself getting more disgusted as it went on. What kept me listening was Johnny's behavior. The jury got it right. 👍

Product placement is not someone making commercial for your brand. Its if a chain buy a product from another producer and use IT in their name. In Europe see it a lot in supermarkets running product lines with their own brand. That will often be PP as they probably bought it from a direct/indirect competitor whoem already has the logistics in order.
