I am a Tibetan amji . You should stop the allopathy medicine as they will give u hormonal medicines and it might disturb your monthly menstrual function. Consult amji Dr. Rabten la in Tibetan medical and Astro. College in Bangalore (near Dalai Lama high school) please consult there and show all your reports to amji la. I always advise my patients to avoid allopathy medicine. They are fine after taking Tibetan medicine. Do butterfly exercises. Please consult to amji la.

I too have a cyst on one side of the ovary and the doctor said it's ENDOMETRIOSIS, if you guys planning to have a baby and like the doctor said if the symptoms of pain are strong then you have to get operated or take that birth control pills daily (if U r not trying to get pregnant with pain symptoms) else U have to live with it until you menopause. Period can cause the pain to be stronger and the endometriosis. Cyst can have so many types called Fibroids, Taratoma and Endometriosis.

@@Usert23292 I can't say if it's Endometriosis if you get pain in regular monthly period. But the pain of Endometriosis is so damn PAINFUL 😖 that you can't even walk properly, for me instance I got that pain like four times till now till my OP and you can't even work at that time, you will be laying all time on bed or in sofa due to excessive pain. The pain duration is not the same all the time. Sometimes you have that before or during or after a period, it's all different and it comes suddenly. I got my Diagnosis after my surgery. The doctor said if it's Endometriosis there are only two options that they can Diagnose it. First with Operation and second with one new test that's without OP but it is rarely done and results are not sure, so they hesitate to do so. I have Pain like I said severe pain and period might be heavy for some women but for me it's not the case. Some women have problems becoming pregnant. I think you should see a Tibetan doctor (mentseekhang) as you can take both medicines (if needed) at the same time with only some time gap. Avoid everything that cools your body (especially salads) as you have white discharge. Mentseekhang is the best on dhangwa problems.
