Because of Sue I was able to identify Rose Medallion at an auction. I purchased a Original Rose Medallion Large Bowl on Pedestal for $1 at an auction and sold it on ebay for $450 in 2 hours. I had know idea at the auction if it was authentic or not, when I got home and researched I was pleasantly surprised that is was the real deal. Thank you, Sue

Loud music seems to be a thing in many retail stores. A friend of mine told me they do it because supposedly it drives sales. How the heck that works I don't know. It makes me want to leave the store asap.

I’m so glad I found your channel. I’m addicted now. So I went to the local thrift store and found 3 pieces that I’m trying to find the value of. I’m so excited. 1 nippon tray, beautiful and no chips just slightly worn. A Schirnding Bavaria plate with a teddy bear on the front and bow pattern painted on the back the same as the bears hat. A small cream pitcher with a wheat type pattern on it made in Germany I just can’t read the stamp on the bottom. So now I have big plans for retirement. Excited and all thanks to you and Sue.

It’s going to be the holidays before you know it! And at 2 minutes in you pass by coppery chafing dish with all its pieces, fantastic for warming dips, keeping rolls warm, and it looks great doing it. I never go without mine!

Love the monster bag ausome find

My husband and I have dealt in antiques for 20+ years. We have sold antiques for over 25 years online. He just retired from years of working in Antique Auction Companies. You can soak that blue and white pitcher in clorox and most likely the discoloration will come out. That actually works on just about any ceramic or porcelain antique or vintage item. Lots of times if the item has crazing, which is literally just the glaze on top of the paint cracking, usually from fluctuations of temperature over time, and the crazing gets discolored like it tends to do, you can just soak it in clorox water and it will come right out. One more little thing, if I were you I would have picked up the modern cactus planters because you could have turned a bigger profit off of them than you do with the vintage planters, because cactus are really, really, trending right now. It is always best to take advantage of trends when they are really hot because you can mark the item up a lot more than you normally would. When you were looking at that light yellow colored vase or carafe, I couldn't quite tell which it was, there was another item that looked like a cactus planter edged in a dark pink that again would have gone great with the other two cactus planters and would have sold really well. LOL! Right after I typed the above, you come across the motherlode of cactus planters! LOL!

I probably would have grabbed the China made vases for myself, just because I love the color. But I always love the midcentury planters and vases. They can be addictive.
