Tommy Tiernan is brilliant. You have to have great conversational skills to get away with that format. And he is right about the call to prayer. It's one of the most beautiful hypnotic sounds.

The first time I heard the call to prayer in Ankara, it nearly gave me heart failure... As a friend pointed out to me later, the first thing you need to do when renting a place in Turkey is the mosque check.... Minimum 300m away...

Taqiya is a concept held by deviant heretics to hide themselves amongst the majority (such as shias, drudes). It is not allowed for the majority sunnis, however some scholars allow it ONLY when your life is in danger, but even then it's best to die by ones beliefs.

The Irish experience of EMIGRATION has taught us that most of the rubbish printed in the UK about immigrants was said before about Irish people. The oldest Christian communities is in the middle east. Islam is greatly tolerant to christianity and judaism and under a shariah state they are allowed to follow their own system of laws alongside the Islamic one.
