It is quite a task to revive taqwa and adab in this day and age, may Allah grant his rahmah and forgiveness to this brother for his service to the Ummah, and the world. Ameen.

Yes! When I went to Pakistan for my sons wedding, was told by a lady to remove my hijab as it would make me look younger! Astagfirullah. Pleasing people vs pleasing Allah has become the norm in many cultures sadly.

Actually I disagree with the part being in a Muslim country part....I was born in UAE and I can tell you there is enough fitna there to direct us to islam...it may not be so evident but there are other forms of fitna like money lavishness loneliness feeling empty and even religious discrimination (because Arabs are only a small part of the population)...had I not been in the gulf I would not have been exposed to the true and pure version of Islam...unlike like western muslims who try to adopt islam to the culture and have mixed values. We know what is happening in the West now, people in the west just follow the superficial version of Islam...Yes they are passionate and stay United and organised etc..but i doubt if they have tasted islam in the pure sense...has islam really been established there in spite of having such great speakers...?

Asalaam alaiqum. I have been listening to your lectures and enjoyed them BUT today I was disappointed. I did not like your fault finding speech about Saudis and the middle eastern Muslims. Although, what you say is not completely false but the way you put it. You made them look bad as a nation as compared to Muslims in Western countries. Only Allah knows the average of good and bad Muslims in the countries you compare.
